Does not listen to patient. Answers questions by Repeating multiple times how shes is keeping her patients safe by following guidelines by CDC, yet, she doesnt appear to care that Ive lost 10 days of sleep due to a dry non productive cough. I was simply asking for cough medicine and some prednisone to help symptoms decrease so I could rest. That combo has helped in the past for me quite well. She placed me on antibiotics in the same breath asking me if I thought I needed them. Well, not sure, I believe that would be her expertise? She acted as if I was seeking out narcotics because the cough medicine that I was asking for has codeine in it. If she would have looked at my chart she would see how most narcotics are intolerable for me to take and I use ibuprofen and tylenol combo instead, or maybe even just ask me? However amount of codeine in the cough med doesnt have a bad affect on me and I can tolerate it. But no, Im not a narcotic seeker. She did say, I will be documenting our conversation Yep, please do! I do feel that she has diagnosed me properly so there is a positive. Which is a sinus infection. Why is it so difficult to find a good Doctor these days? So, back to urgent care for some prednisone.
