Step 2 Place the chicken breast in a baking dish, evenly spread the honey and lemon mix over the chicken breast. Step 3 Preheat oven to 355 F. Put the chicken breast in a baking dish and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes, until the meat turns golden brown and the sauce has evaporated almost completely. During the baking time, periodically pour the honey and lemon liquid in the baking dish on top of the chicken. Once the dish is ready, serve hot. Enjoy!
