Dealing with this nurse and office has been an absolute nightmare. Due to the lack of doctors currently accepting new patients, I trusted this nurse to take on the responsibility of becoming my Primary Care Provider. That has proven to be a huge mistake. A few days after my initial visit, I got a notification to check the portal to review my bloodwork results. Upon opening my chart I was surprised by what I read. Nurse William Vitale wrote in my chart that I have a history of being extremely overweight with poorly controlled diabetes. I am, however, 59 and have never weighed over 145 lbs in my life. He also wrote that I suffer from pain radiating to the lower abdomen. I do not suffer from any pain. Clearly he made some mistakes when writing his notes. This seemed innocent enough and I thought for sure he would correct it. However, trying to get this corrected has been an impossible task. His office referred me to the practice manager Michael S who claimed to have taken care of the issue but nothing was actually corrected. He sent me a certified letter stating it was corrected accompanied by a print out of the chart. Nothing had been corrected. I was then referred directly to risk management. It has been over 30 days since I first brought this issue to the attention of Mr Vitales office and as of July 28 2022, nothing has been done. I do not recommend this practice. I would not bring your loved ones here.
