Poor beside manners. Lied on her progress notes. Misdiagnosed my father - greatly. Shell be provided with a copy and explanation of her mistake in the weeks to come.
I would highly suggest requesting another provider if she enters your room.
And do yourself another favor - avoid going to Brownsboro Hospital if you have anything more than a paper cut. From Triage to Discharge - nobody knows what they are doing.
In my 13 years of nursing - Ive never witnessed such poor patient care not just on my father, but to everyone they talked to walking through the doors.
