Dr. Samantha Ventura is one of the rudest people I have had the displeasure of meeting with UCHealth. Three days after my mothers surgery, she greeted her rudely addressing that my mother was in a wheelchair and was trying to push for us to go to PT at Grandview and not on the Printers Parkway location. She then wrote a report riddled with lies about the visit stating my mother said she does not like to use crutches failing to mention my mother uses a walker and is already walking after surgery and that her MD also confirmed a walker was perfectly reasonable for her recovery. After a ten minute visit she deemed my mothers recovery would only be fair citing my mothers attitude and how she lives! This was unprofessional and nasty. Do not visit this woman if you are in recovery. She saw that my mom was overweight and in a wheelchair three days after surgery and was not only rude in the appointment but wrote a report riddled with lies. Her own MD and surgeon have higher estimates for recovery than this woman who saw her did. She was discriminatory and we will be filing an official report on her inappropriate behavior for the lies and misinterpretations in the meeting. She is clearly pushing for people to visit her office and is upset people would rather go to a location closer to them. She also clearly has something against people who are poor andor overweight and those are both horrible traits in a doctor.
