Enjoy a taste of the Mediterranean cousin by cooking up this diabetic-friendly sea bream baked with lemon and basil.
Step 1 Peel and gut the fish, then rinse it and dry well. Grease half of a wide sheet of foil with olive oil. Put the sea bream on the oiled half, salt and pepper the fish on both sides and rub with olive oil. Step 2 Cut half of the lemon into thin slices, squeeze the juice from the other half. Step 3 Sprinkle the fish with the squeezed lemon juice and put the lemon slices together with a bunch of green basil into the fish belly. Step 4 Preheat oven to 395 F. Wrap the fish tightly in foil and put in the oven. Bake for about 25 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
