Step 1 Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper, add fresh or defrosted spinach and grated cheese. Step 2 Preheat oven to 390 F. Pour the egg mix onto a baking sheet covered with baking paper and bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Step 3 Chill the egg layer slightly so that it is not too hot. Put it carefully on a sheet of plastic wrap. Brush egg layer with the cream cheese. Put the thinly sliced salmon on top. Step 4 Roll the egg layer with cream cheese and salmon into a tight roll, wrap in plastic wrap to keep it in shape and refrigerate for several hours. Step 5 Cut the ready roll into slices and serve.
