Step 1 Cut the pork into small pieces. We recommend to take the neck part. Step 2 Make the marinade: Combine soy sauce, sesame and vegetable oil, ginger, sugar, sesame seeds and minced garlic. Mix well. Step 3 Place the meat in the marinade. Add the chopped onions and bell pepper cut in pieces if desires. Stir well, place a load on top, leave to marinate for 6 hours. After that, string the meat and onion on wooden skewers. Step 4 Preheat oven to 360 F. Bake the kebab for 35 minutes or until is meat is cooked. During baking, pour the remaining marinade over the meat. When the kebab is ready, serve hot. Enjoy!
