Horrible customer service skills. Rude and arrogant. Not the least bit interested in helping the customer. Feels the need to repeatedly tell you she is the pharmacy manager. Does not care about the fact that patients going without the medication they are there to pick up is detrimental to the patients health. She is only interested in her ego power trip. Her arrogance and rudeness also extends to your medical providers that try to assist in getting your prescriptions.
