Step 1 Cut the tomatoes into large pieces and cucumber into slices, then put them in a large salad bowl. Step 2 Finely chop the cilantro and tarragon and add to the bowl with the tomatoes and cucumber. Step 3 Make a marinade by mixing together linden honey, olive oil, vinegar, and salt. Step 4 Add the marinade to the bowl with vegetables. Sprinkle with crushed walnuts. Stir well and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Serve and enjoy!
