Unfriendly you would think that you were talking to Dr Phil with the suck up attitude. When you work with patients and people in general you need to be able to relate on their level and not be above their situation, you must present yourself with a judgment of equality professionalism and respect and it seems that this particular provider thinks that you are beneath her.
