Ashlee Capponi is by far one of the most uncaring people I have ever come across working at the Boone Pain Clinic. Where empathy and concern for hurting people is needed, she has neither quality in any measure. I had been on the same dosage of pain meds for many years, until on Sat. Nov 3rd, I fell and broke my right arm. Being in awful pain Iby a wonderful doctor there by the name of Dr. Daniel Nguyen. Dr. Winn he was cheerful, friendly and possessed a great bedside manner, and showed care for the chronic pain conditions I presented with. When caring for patients was too much, I was told, along with his Anesthesiology duties, he left care of his patients with Dr. Stork, who never bothered to meet and evaluate me, just trotted out his PA-C, Ms. Ashlee Capponi. From the beginning she was cold, calculated and methodical, always prone to tell me that I was on a boatload of opioids, although I know better, at 10mg of Oxycodone 3x a day, and 10mg of Methadone 3x a day, which I maintained at that level for years, even after building a tolerance to it.
