A healthy, diabetic-friendly dish ready in just 25 minutes – an awesome dinner entrée for those, who took meat off their dinner menu. And for meat lovers – a delicious side!
Step 1 Cut the cauliflower into thick, wide, steak-like slices (do not cut out the leg from the cauliflower or divide it into inflorescences). Step 2 Put the cauliflower in ½ liters of water. Divide a small piece of ginger into fibers and add to the cabbage. Then add lemon juice from half a lemon, salt and ground black pepper. Leave the cauliflower to marinate for 10 minutes. Step 3 Make the dressing: Put in a blender the following ingredients: scallions, garlic, dill, parsley, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix them into a homogeneous mass. Step 4 Place the cauliflower steaks in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with salt and seasoning. Step 5 Preheat oven to 430 F. Add oil and spread the dressing evenly on both sides of the cauliflower steaks. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Step 6 Remove the cauliflower steak from the oven and drizzle the cooked dressing over it. Serve and enjoy!
