Step 1 Mix olive oil, herbs de Provence, garlic, sweetener, and salt. Rub the quails with this mix and put them in a fridge for half an hour. Step 2 Stuff the quails with apples and prunes and tie the legs with a thread. Step 3 Preheat oven to 355 F. Put the quails in a baking sleeve and cook for half an hour, then increase the temperature to 390 F and cook for 15 more minutes. Step 4 Remove the ready quails from the oven and baking sleeve, serve and enjoy!
