Step 1 Divide the broccoli into inflorescences, wash and grind in a blender. Step 2 Put the broccoli to a bowl and add the chopped scallions and parsley. You can add dill as well. Step 3 Add the garlic to the bowl and beat in the eggs. Step 4 Add the cheese to the bowl as well. Step 5 Add breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Mix the content of the bowl well. Step 6 Preheat oven to 355 F. With wet hands, make cutlets out of the just prepared vegetable mix. Put the cutlets on a baking sheet covered with baking paper or foil. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
