Step 1 Cut the mushrooms in half or into 4 parts if they’re large. Step 2 Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion, garlic, bay leaf and coriander until onion gets transparent. Step 3 Add wine into the frying pan with onion and garlic. Then add lemon juice and simmer for 5 minutes. Step 4 Add the chopped mushrooms to the frying pan, season with salt and pepper. Mix well. Simmer covered for 5 minutes. Step 5 Remove the mushrooms from heat and serve hot or cold. Bon appetit!
