Recipe Details:
This diabetic-friendly chicken roll is super tender, aromatic, flavorful and simply perfect for any special occasion!
Step 1 Remove seeds from the bell pepper and cut it into small cubes. Step 2 Remove the skin from the tomato and also cut into cubes. To remove the skin from the tomato, make a cross-shaped incision on top, pour boiling water over them, then dip in cold water. Step 3 Cut the cheese into small cubes. Step 4 Chop the garlic and dill finely. Step 5 Cut the chicken breast in half and rub with spices and salt. Put the pieces of meat on the board, slightly overlapping one another. Step 6 Put the bell pepper on the meat first, then put the tomato and cheese, and then sprinkle the meat with garlic and dill. Step 7 Preheat oven to 390 F. Carefully roll the chicken and wrap tightly in several layers of aluminum foil. Bake for 40 minutes. Step 8 Chill the roll completely, then take it out of the foil and cut into slices. Bon Appetit!
