Step 1 Beat off the chicken breast with a meat hammer and put on a baking sheet covered with foil. Step 2 Prepare a mixture of mushrooms, grated cheese, onion, sour cream, parsley, salt and pepper. Step 3 Preheat oven to 360 F. Put the prepared mixture on each pieces of chicken breast and bake in the oven at 180 degrees until golden brown (about 35 minutes). Serve and enjoy!
