Step 1 Bring salted water to a boil in a large saucepan. Step 2 Put the choy sum in boiling water and keep it there until choy sum gets soft (approx. 1 minute), then place it in a colander and set aside. Step 3 Heat oil in a wok or in a large skillet over medium heat. Step 4 Add garlic and fry until golden brown, stirring occasionally (about 2 minutes). Step 5 Add soy sauce and 1 tbsp. of water and simmer for 1 minute. Step 6 Place choy sum on a plate, pour the prepared sauce over it. Serve and enjoy!
