Ingredients:
Seedless grapes (You can use grapes of different colors and kinds for aesthetic reasons) – 1.5 lb.
Step 1 Make the dressing: Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla extract and sweetener . The amount of sweetener should depend on the sweetness of the grapes. Mix thoroughly. Step 2 Fry the walnuts in a dry frying pan for a few minutes, then chop them with a knife. Step 3 Add the grapes to the dressing. Then add 2/3 of the fried walnuts and mix well. Put it in a fridge for 30 minutes. Step 4 Put the ready salad to a salad bowl, garnish with the remaining nuts and mint leaves. Enjoy!
