I do not find anything wrong with her, its True Care I have a beef with: every time I call, I get put on hold for 45-60 minutes same with doctors who try to reach them I talked with her via phone last week and she told me she was going to fax instructions for bloodwork at Quest Diagnostics. I came to Quest early in the morning to avoid the always crowded parking lot but because True Care failed to fax Quest, I had to wait 2 1/2 hours for my bloodwork. Lab tech said she kept getting put on hold, so I had to drive to True Care, parking lot was packed, had hard time finding a space. Told staff I was going to file a complaint while I had to wait for my bloodwork papers. Returned to Quest and parking was difficult to get in and out. True Care is unprofessional and very incompetent!
