Didnt know Dr. Rong has left, my husband made an appointment for eye exam, the exam was done at Burlington office by an eye exam technician, was told that the doctor was busy, seldom does the exam at this office. My husband needs a minor fix for his eyeglass, they are charging fees for that, most of the store do this for free.
