Front desk staff are terrible. They are insufferably rude and fail miserably in simple tasks like relaying patients asks to Dr. Tam, Has anyone ever actually received an email response when they actually needed something from the doctor or the practice staff? I think everyone here could use some training in how to treat patients with common courtesy.
