Step 1 Rinse and dry the mushrooms. Put them in a large salad bowl. Add garlic, paprika, dill, and a little salt (keep in mind that you will add soy sauce). Mix well. Step 2 Add the soy sauce, lemon juice, and vegetable oil. Stir again and leave to marinate for 20 minutes. Step 3 Strung the champignons on wooden skewers and place them on the grill the way that there’s a space for the juices to drain. Cook 4-5 minutes on each side or until the mushrooms get tender and golden brown. Step 4 Remove from the grill and serve right away. Bon Appetit!
