This provider harmed my physical and mental health with diagnosing practices that did not reasonably follow the DSM-V and toxic polypharmacology over-prescribing of dangerous medicines at increasing doses, including two class or tier one controlled substances. A provider I had since 2016 examined records and concluded that there was some explaining or corrections that Laura Donnell owed to my circumstances. She cut and ran. She would not have a discussion with the other provider and canceled me as a patient, claiming it was because she was only working part-time. However, she was only doing medication management, dumping me weekly on the other provider long before I raised concerns over medication, etc.
