Cooking Times:
Medium potato (peeled and diced) – 3 Leek (cut in pieces) – ½ lb Cauliflower – ½ lb Cream – 1 cup Fresh rosemary – 1 sprig Salt and ground black pepper – to taste
Ingredients:
Step 1
Divide the cauliflower into inflorescences. Put all vegetables in a saucepan and add rosemary, salt and pepper. Fill the saucepan with water to cover the vegetables.
Step 2
Bring the water in the saucepan to boil and cook until the potatoes are tender (about 40 minutes).
Step 3
Remove the rosemary from the pan, and whisk the vegetables with a blender until smooth. Pour in the cream and whisk again. Serve and enjoy!
