Step 1 Heat 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the mushrooms until all the liquid has evaporated. Step 2 Put the slices of chicken and potatoes in a greased baking dish in a circle. Step 3 Place the fried mushrooms and onion rings on top. Add salt and pepper. Step 4 Dissolve curry in milk and pour into the baking dish with the chicken, potatoes, and mushrooms. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Step 5 Preheat oven to 355 F. Bake the dish for 45 minutes. Step 6 Remove the ready dish from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, server and enjoy!
