An amazingly flavorful and diabetic-friendly tofu dish that is not hard to make and has a big chance to become your favorite tofu dish.
Step 1 Cut tofu in 2 rectangular pieces. Step 2 Remove excess moisture from tofu with paper towel and roll tofu in flour. Step 3 Heat 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the tofu until golden brown. Step 4 Place the fried tofu on paper towels to remove excess oil. Step 5 Make the sauce: Combine together soy sauce, lemon juice, and 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil. Add the chopped red onion and cilantro, sweetener, and a few drops of sesame oil. Beat with a whisk. Step 6 Add the grated fresh ginger root and garlic to the resulting sauce. Step 7 Pour the sauce over the fried tofu. Add cherry tomatoes on top. Serve and enjoy!
