Fresh apple, peanut butter, granola and raisin when combined together, create a delicious, healthy, and nutritious combination that is perfect for breakfast or lunch.
Step 1 Remove apple cores and cut apples into slices 1/3” thick. Make even number of slices. Step 2 Spread thin layer of peanut butter over every other apple slice. Step 3 Spread granola over the peanut butter layer. Then sprinkle with raisins. Step 4 Close the sandwiches with the remaining apple slices that are not covered with peanut butter and granola and gently press them together. Serve and enjoy!
