Ingredients:
Eggs – 6 (or any other quantity adequate to your company and appetite)
Step 1 In a large bowl, beat 6 eggs. Add grated gouda cheese. Mix well. Step 2 Mix in the bell pepper. Step 3 Preheat oven to 430 F. Divide the egg mix between mini cocottes or the holes of a greased 12-hole muffin tray. Bake for 18 minutes. Step 4 Remove the cocottes or the muffin tray from the oven. Let them cool a bit and then remove the ready eggs with cheese and pepper from the forms. Serve and enjoy!
