Step 1 In a large pot, heat the olive oil. Then, add onion and garlic and frying until soft. Step 2 Add cabbage and fry while stirring until the cabbage loses its volume. Step 3 Add 2 cups of water. Step 4 Add one cup of beans, chicken broth, tomatoes, parsley, salt and pepper. Step 5 Boil over low heat for 5 minutes. Step 6 Mix the rest of the beans and water in a blender. Step 7 Add the blended bean and water mix to the soup. Step 8 Boil over low heat for 15 minutes. Step 9 Serve sprinkled with parsley.
