Step 5 Make croutons: Fry the whole wheat bread in a dry frying pan until crisp. Step 6 Combine cherry tomatoes, arugula, red onions, and croutons in a deep bowl. Add the chimichurri sauce and stir the salad well. Step 7 Cut the steak into slices and serve on a salad cushion.
