Ingredients:
Broccoli (divided into inflorescences) – 1 medium head
Step 1 Cut broccoli in pieces, put in a sauce pan, cover with water, and cook for 5 minutes. Then, drain water and cool the broccoli. Step 2 Put the broccoli, avocado, garlic, peppercorn, arugula and coriander in a blender bowl and chop until paste-like consistency. Gradually add olive oil and soy sauce to achieve the desired consistency. Mix all ingredients well again until smooth. Step 3 Place the ready spread into glass jars and chill in the fridge. Step 4 Serve the broccoli and avocado spread as a cold snack on slices of bread. Enjoy!
