Step 1 Put the onion in a bowl and pour boiling water on the onion. Leave it for 5 minutes, then put in a colander. Step 2 Wash the broccoli and cut each inflorescence in half. Step 3 Combine all the vegetables in a bowl. Add pine nuts and pesto sauce. Step 4 Add olive oil, 1 tbsp. of lemon juice and salt. Step 5 Mix the salad well, serve and enjoy!
