Ingredients:
Seaweed salad – ½ lb.
Fresh Jerusalem artichoke (peeled and coarsely grated) – 1/3 lb.
Step 1 In a large salad bowl, mix the seaweed salad and grated Jerusalem artichoke. Step 2 Put the chopped cabbage in a salad bowl, salt it a little, and knead with your hands. Then let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Step 3 Add the grated apple and carrot to the seaweed and artichoke mix. Then add the cabbage and mix well. Put the ready salad in a fridge for 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
