Almond milk – 2 cups
Chia seeds – ½ cup
Vanilla extract – 1.5 tsp.
Sweetener (optional)
Salt – ¼ tsp.
Berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries) – 1.5 cup
Step 1 Combine milk with chia seeds, vanilla extract, sweetener, and salt in a large container. Stir thoroughly. Step 2 Let it sit for 15 minutes and then mix again, breaking the lumps. Step 3 Cover and refrigerate overnight (for about 8 hours). This dish can be stored for up to a week. Step 4 Before serving, remove the pudding from the refrigerator, dilute with milk to the desired consistency. Add berries and coconut chips, serve and enjoy!
