Recipe Details:
The recipe is for diabetic-friendly chicken terrine that turns out aromatic, juicy and so tender, it resemble a soufflé.
Step 1 Grind the chicken breast with the garlic in a blender. Step 2 Add the egg, cream, salt and pepper to the chicken and whisk in the blender again. Step 3 Cover a tall baking dish with aluminum foil greased with vegetable oil and lay out half of the minced meat. Step 4 Spread the green peas, corn and chopped bell pepper evenly and cover with the remaining minced meat. Vegetables can be used fresh or frozen. If you use frozen vegetables, you do not need to defrost them first. You can use absolutely any set of vegetables to your taste. Besides, you can even mix them with the minced meat instead making layers. Step 5 Preheat oven to 365 F. Bake the chicken terrine for 1 hour, then cool completely and after that remove from the baking dish. Step 6 Cut into slices, serve and enjoy!
