Step 1 Heat 1 tbsp. of olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Then add cod, salt, and pepper. Fry cod until golden (about 5-6 minutes). Step 2 Put the fish on a plate and cover with aluminum foil. Step 3 Add 1 tbsp. of oil, tomatoes, wine, and garlic to the frying pan. Stew for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Step 4 Add olives and stew for 1 more minute. Step 5 Add parsley and stir. Step 6 Serve the fish with chopped fresh parsley on top. Bon appetite!
