Step 1 Boil the potatoes until tender in salted water without peeling them off. Then crush the potatoes with a potato masher. Step 2 For the sauce, whisk the mustard and butter. Add salt and pepper as desired. Step 3 Preheat oven to 390 F. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Spread the sauce on top of the potatoes. Bake for 15 minutes in the oven. Step 4 Sprinkle the potatoes with the grated cheese and cook for another 5 minutes. Step 5 Sprinkle the potatoes with the chopped parsley and serve. Bon appetit!
