Step 1 Sprinkle the beef with salt and pepper and fry on both sides in olive oil in a frying pan over high heat for 5-7 minutes. Step 2 Make sauce: Mix parsley, garlic, oregano, 4 tbsp. of olive oil, fresh lemon juice, 1/4 tsp of salt and 1/4 tsp. of black pepper in a blender. Step 3 Put the ready filet mignons on plates, cover with foil and let them rest for 5 minutes. Step 4 Serve hot with the sauce. Bon Appetit!
