Recipe Details:
An easy to make and a bit unusual dish made from cottage cheese and herbs. You can eat this diabetic-friendly dish just like that, or in a sandwich, or use it as a filling for baked desserts.
Step 1 Break the egg into a deep bowl and beat it with a whisk until smooth. Then, add cottage cheese. Step 2 Using a fork or a food processor, mix the cottage cheese with the egg until smooth. Step 3 Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat and put the cottage cheese mix in the pan. Step 4 Fry the cottage cheese mix for about 7 minutes over medium heat until the cottage cheese acquires a creamy color. Stir often. Step 5 Add chopped dill to the fried cottage cheese and salt to taste, then stir and remove from heat right away. The dish is ready. Serve and enjoy!
