Step 1 Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Add tofu and fry until golden brown, turning. Then put the tofu on a plate with a skimmer. Step 2 Put the garlic, eggplant, and bell pepper in the wok. Fry until soft (about 10 minutes). Step 3 Add sweetener, soy sauce and oyster sauces. Cook, stirring, for 2 more minutes. Step 4 Return the tofu to the wok and stir. Step 5 Remove from heat and stir in the basil leaves. Stir and serve. Bon Appetit!
