Recipe Details:
Tofu is one of the most diabetic-friendly foods that helps regulate blood sugar levels. Try this recipe and enjoy a nutritious and healthy meal for the whole family.
Step 1 Put tofu in a bowl and add half of the teriyaki sauce. Carefully mix and leave for 10 minutes. Step 2 Take the tofu out of the sauce, but don’t discard the marinade yet. Put the tofu on paper towel, then roll in wheat flour. Step 3 Cut the white part of the scallions thinly and cut the green part separately into 3/4“ long pieces. Step 4 Heat 1/3” of oil in a large skillet or a wok and sauté the tofu over high heat until golden brown on all sides. Then, remove tofu with a slotted spoon from the wok. Step 5 Put the white part of the scallions, garlic, and ginger into to the wok and fry for 30 seconds. Add frozen vegetables and the marinade from the tofu. Fry for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Step 6 Return the tofu to the wok, add the green parts of the scallions, pour over the remaining teriyaki sauce and heat for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve right away and enjoy!
