Step 1 Cut the turkey filet into 2-3 slices and beat them lightly with a meat hammer. Salt and pepper the meat. Step 2 Cut the zucchini, carrot, bell pepper and celery into medium pieces. Cut the tomatoes into quarters and chop the parsley and dill. Step 3 Beat the egg and brush over the pieces of turkey breast, then roll them in the oatmeal. Step 4 Fry the turkey breast on both sides in oil. Cover and cook until internal temperature reaches 160 F. Step 5 Fry the vegetables in oil for 3 minutes. Then simmer them, covered, until tender (about 8 minutes). Step 6 Serve the turkey steaks on a plate with the vegetables, garnished with the chopped parsley and dill.
