Recipe Details:
Here is a recipe for fresh, juicy, and simply delicious pickles that you can make at home without any equipment besides plastic bag. Small amount of salt makes the pickles diabetic-friendly.
Step 1 Take two plastic bags and put one inside the other. Step 2 Cut the zucchini into large pieces and put them in the bag. Step 3 Cut the cucumbers into quarters and put in the bag with the zucchini. Step 4 Cut carrots and chop dill and garlic. Put everything to the bag with the vegetables. Step 5 Add salt and pepper to the mix of vegetables. Put 1 tbsp. of salt per 2 lbs. of vegetables. Step 6 Close the plastic bag and mix everything well. Step 7 Place the plastic bag in a fridge for 10 hours. Shake the plastic bag during this time 2-3 times for the salt to get evenly distributed in the bag. Once 10 hours pass, take the vegetables out of the plastic bag, serve and enjoy.
