Almond flour – 1.5 cups

Step 1 Pour flour, baking soda, and salt into a bowl. Step 2 Beat the butter and both types of sweetener with a mixer until the mixture is fluffy (about two minutes at medium speed). Then add syrup. Step 3 Add the mixture of flour, baking soda, and salt and beat well. Step 4 Break the chocolate into small pieces and add to the dough. Stir well. Then put in a fridge for an hour. Step 5 Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Take a spoonful of dough, roll it into a ball, and put on the baking paper. Roll the rest of the dough into balls. Step 6 Preheat oven to 360 F. Bake the cookies for 10 minutes. Then remove the ready cookies from the oven, serve and enjoy.
