You can do it with a mixer at a low speed. Step 4 Heat the frying pan and grease it with a little bit of oil. And bake the crepes, pouring a thin layer of dough on the greased frying pan. Stir the dough thoroughly before pouring each portion of the dough for the next crepe to the frying pan. Step 5 Fry the crepes on both sides until ready (until they get golden in color).
