Step 2 Bake the cake layers in a waffle maker (waffle iron) Step 3 Make the cream: Beat the cottage cheese with yogurt (5 Oz.) and honey or sweetener in a blender until smooth. Step 4 Spread the cream over each cake layer while putting the cake layers on top of each other. Step 5 Decorate the cake with nuts or fruits and berries. Serve and enjoy!
