Step 1 In a large bowl, combine shrimp, minced garlic, olive oil, cherry tomatoes, salt and pepper. Mix well. Step 2 Preheat grill. Put tomatoes and shrimp on skewers and place on the grill rack. Fry for 5-8 minutes on each side. Step 3 Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain the water, putting about 5 tbsp. aside. Step 4 Add lemon juice and melted butter to the pasta. Mix well. Add the water left from cooking pasta. Step 5 Add the fried shrimp with tomatoes, arugula, oregano, and grated cheese to the pasta. Mix everything well. Serve and enjoy!
