A savory, delicious, and diabetic-friendly, this dinner entrée is a real treat for the whole family!
Ingredients:
Pork chop on the bone – 4
Red onion (finely chopped) – 1
Garlic (finely chopped) – 1 head
Chicken broth – 2 cups
Dry white wine – 1 cup
Cream – ½ cup
Butter – 3 tbsp.
Mustard (preferably: moutarde a l'ancienne) – 2 tbsp.
Step 1 Heat the butter and fry the onion in it until soft. Then add garlic and fry until a nutty smell appears. Step 2 Add the white wine, chicken broth, and moutarde a l'ancienne mustard to the onion and garlic. When the volume has evaporated by half, add the cream and simmer further over medium heat for about 10 minutes until the sauce evaporates. Add the chopped basil and parsley. Remove the sauce from heat. Step 3 Heat the grill pan and fry the pork chops in it. Step 4 Generously cover the ready pork chops with the sauce and sprinkle with the chopped parsley. Bon Appetit!
